He has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and can influence and impact stakeholders up to the C-level executives. He fosters a culture of professionalism and craftsmanship amongst the creative knowledge-workers he manages, which helps deliver a wide range of digital services, applications, and experiences.

Outside of work, Matt is an avid vinyl record collector, a football enthusiast, and a video game enthusiast, who loves to spend time with his kids. He is also keen on improving his steak cooking techniques and pairing it with matching ales.
