As the Vice President of Talent Acquisition for North America at IQVIA, Matt has led the development and operationalization of go-to-market hiring strategies that have delivered top talent in competitive markets. Prior to his current role, Matt worked for Publicis Health, Yoh-A Day & Zimmermann Company, and Aerotek. He studied B.S.B.A. in Marketing at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
