Technical lead on full-stack engineering projects including service and api design and frontend web user interface development. I work closely with the product, design, and cross-organization engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high quality products. 

Notable projects include multiple widely used advertiser products, Twitter's "Buy" button (and associated e-commerce stack), and significant improvements to the way businesses and their customers engage with each other on Twitter.

Work on a wide variety of web development projects and iOS app development ranging from the data heavy using databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CouchDB and Lucene, to the front-end heavy relying on Javascript, HTML4 and 5, CSS3 and Rails, and Objective-C. 

Responsible for recruiting and mentoring new developers, managing day-to-day operations of running the company, and cultivating relationships with new clients. Responsible for developing and maintaining a LAMP- and Flash-based online digital music store (<a href="http://www.beatport.com">www.beatport.com</a>). Developed internal web-based fraud prevention analysis tools using Flex2 and PHP5. Wrote and optimized MySQL5 queries for use with online store. Designed and developed proprietary PHP5-based application framework based on common Gang of Four design patterns. Worked to design and improve team processes, including regular peer reviews, release and deployment processes, branching and merging procedures. Designed client side modular architecture using Flex3. Improved stability of integration between a large scale unmanaged C++ application and managed C# application. This involved heavy work with the win32 messaging system.
