Matt Fuhrman is the Founder & CEO of Core Group Resources, a seasoned professional with a background in logistics and intermodal transportation.

Matt's educational background includes a B.S. in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, where he also excelled as the Class President at Starr's Mill High School.

With a range of experiences in various organizations, Matt has held positions such as Chief Architect, Managing Director, and Director at Core Group Resources, as well as serving as a Board Member at The C12 Group and the Houston Chapter of the United States Merchant Marine Academy.

Matt Fuhrman's professional journey includes roles as a Consultant at Faststream Recruitment Group, Senior Consultant at Faststream Recruitment Group, and Third Mate at APL.

Furthermore, he has contributed his expertise as a Terminal Superintendent at Port of Miami Terminal Operating Company, LC (POMTOC) and as a Former NFL Scout Sponsored Football Recruit at the National Football League (NFL).

His diverse experiences also extend to serving as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy Reserve, a Legal Intern at Adams and Reese LLP, and a Deck Cadet at Military Sealift Command.
