Matt Ewing is a passionate individual who thrives on building impactful projects and organizations.
With a rich background in politics, Matt has played key roles in various high-profile campaigns, including helping to reclaim the US House and the Senate twice, contributing to President Obama's election, and opposing Trump.
During his leadership tenure at Swing Left, Matt facilitated the organization becoming a significant source of Democratic campaign volunteers and raising substantial funds for candidates.
Matt's expertise extends to the private sector where he co-founded Scoot Networks and significantly improved SolarCity's referral program.
Currently, Matt is spearheading the Down Ballot Climate Project, focusing on winning local races for climate justice.
His involvement extends to being the Board Chair of TechEquity Action, board member at the MoveOn Education Fund, and advisor to Climate Changemakers.
Matt resides in Oakland, enjoying family time with his wife and two children when he's not immersed in his various projects.
Having studied at Grinnell College, Matt brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the initiatives he undertakes, making him a respected figure in both political and private sectors.
