Matt DeFreitas

Matt DeFreitas is a Digital Strategist with experience in Congress, known for his passion for engaging in awkward dinner conversations. He holds a BFAGD in Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Certificate in Marketing/Sales from Middlesex Community College.

In his professional journey, Matt has served as the Staff Director for the House Communications Standards Commission in the US Congress. He has also been involved in various volunteer roles, such as House Engagement Chair at the Democratic Digital Communications Staff Association and volunteering for political campaigns including Ed Markey for U.S. Senate, Elizabeth Warren for US Senate, John Tierney for US House of Reps, Patrick Murphy for US House of Reps, and Michael Capuano for US Senate.
