Matt Crombie

Matt Crombie is a seasoned IT professional with over 17 years of experience in software development. He is the founder and owner of Dark Ice Interactive, a prominent mobile app development agency in Australia that specializes in creating top-notch mobile applications for iOS and Android with exceptional user experience. Crombie has worked on various projects for organizations like Maxxia, Bestaurant, Telstra HealthNow, ActivICE, Remserv, and Australian Taxation Office.

Crombie is an expert in Agile and SAFe project management methodologies, as well as traditional waterfall approaches. He is experienced in mobile development and has worked with cross-platform development using .NET and C# using Xamarin (including Xamarin.Forms and Xamarin Native) and shared a lot of code between the mobile front end and the backend web services, usually using ASP.NET. In addition, he has extensive knowledge of web development, including HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for front-end development, ASP.NET for backend development, including MVC, and writing and consuming RESTful web services using web API as well as ServiceStack. He has also worked with cloud architectures using Microsoft Azure and AWS, as well as traditional client/server applications.
