Matt Coss is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and a diverse range of experiences in language education and translation services.
Matt has a deep academic foundation, including studying Mandarin Chinese at 北京教育学院 (Beijing Institute of Education), pursuing a Master of Arts in Second Language Acquisition from the University of Maryland College Park, and a unique blend of Hispanic Linguistics and Mandarin Chinese coupled with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Over the course of his career, Matt has held positions in various reputable organizations, including serving as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at The George Washington University and the University of Maryland's National Foreign Language Center. He has also shared his expertise as a Second Language Acquisition (SLA) Specialist at the National Foreign Language Center and an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Georgetown University Department of East Asian Studies.
In addition to his academic and instructional roles, Matt has demonstrated his linguistic skills through freelance translation services under Matt Coss Translation Services.
