Matt Clough

Matt Clough is a seasoned professional with a strong background in healthcare talent acquisition and business development.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education and Exercise Science from Virginia Tech.

Currently, he serves as the Vice President Enterprise Talent Acquisition at MEDNAX, a leading Health Solutions Partner.

In the past, Matt has held prominent positions including Chief Clinical Talent Officer at ChenMed, Vice President of Clinical Recruitment at Sheridan Healthcare, and Vice President of Clinical Resources at Eagle Telemedicine.

His professional journey also includes founding Physician Career Pathways, serving as the National Director of Physician Recruitment at In Compass Health, and working as the Associate Vice President of Physician Recruitment at HCA's Georgia Division.

Prior to these roles, he was the Vice President of Business Development at Lewis-Gale Clinic, LLC, an affiliate of HCA.
