●	Leading the development and execution of a forward-thinking data & decision strategy for Xbox Platform while it undergoes a transformation into a service-focused entity. 
●	Fostered partnerships with Microsoft engineering teams to integrate AI technologies, delivering feedback on product improvements, resulting in feature changes to these transformative technologies.
●	Facilitating data compliance efforts, overseeing privacy tagging and retention protocols to ensure GDPR compliance and bolster data security initiatives.
●	Promoted collaboration and knowledge sharing across Xbox data organizations to drive best practice adoption in an effort to achieve greater operational efficiencies.

Microsoft

Principal Program Manager Data & AI Engineering

xCloud – Gaming engineering organization responsible for delivering Xbox’s game streaming service. 
●	Program Managed the expansion of an internal telemetry service that handles the ingestion, aggregation, processing & enrichment of xCloud telemetry events, resulting in significant cost savings & an organization with a strong self-service data culture.
●	Oversaw the release of functionality that streamlined data privacy tagging efforts, driving an increase in compliance while lowering the operational overhead of resources tasked with maintaining compliance.
●	Designed & project managed the delivery of an internal AI tool built to support data discovery and lowering the barrier to data driven decision making.
●	Collaborated with internal stakeholders to redefine roles & responsibilities within the Xbox data ecosystem, ensuring a reduction in duplicative efforts & process improvements across Xbox.
●	Program managed the workload of a 6-person team responsible for the delivery of data services within xCloud.
●	Partnered with an internal automation team to create a tool that streamlines communication with the organization regarding data anomalies & breaking changes.

Sr. Data Program Manager - XBox Platform

Customer Success – Global organization responsible for helping customers find value with their Microsoft products. 
●	Created Data Science model & framework for classifying customers to determine next best actions to be taken to drive customer satisfaction with Business Applications products (Dynamics 365, Power Apps & Power Platform).
●	Designed and built a dashboard that quantified and articulated which Microsoft customers were experiencing issues across multiple product lines to help triage their support.  For this work I received a quarterly organizational award.
●	Designed, delivered & managed the data components of a key Microsoft initiative focused on moving legacy Dynamics customers to their corresponding cloud-based workloads.  Received multiple annual awards from the Marketing organization for this workstream.
●	Managed the creation process of a Power Apps recommender framework utilizing multiple sources of internal data to deliver industry specific recommendations for Microsoft customers.
●	Mentored & onboarded junior data professionals into Microsoft and the Data Science discipline resulting in multiple promotions and awards for these employees in their first years of service.

Sr. Data & Applied Scientist - Customer Success - Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

Messenger RTC – Organization responsible for the video chat feature in Facebook’s Messenger app. 	
●	Oversaw the implementation of a data driven framework for the RTC Infrastructure organization.
●	Partnered with Engineering and Content to develop a deprecation framework for upgrading users to newer app versions, which resulted in ~550m users receiving an improved user experience due to removal of old & non-compliant code.
●	Led efforts to operationalize the data needs for an RTC feature, freeing up engineering resources to focus on deliverables.
●	Project managed the setup of data pipelines, warehouses & visualizations for the launch of a new Facebook app.

Sr. Data Scientist

Office 365 CXP – Organization responsible for creating a new model of Office 365 commercial support.	
●	Collaborated with a broad range of partners (Finance, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to build out the overall financial support strategy for Office 365 commercial support. This work included creating a framework for identifying opportunities/risks and corresponding best courses of action. The end result of this work was a scalable & efficient infrastructure for managing global support volumes.
●	Oversaw the business financials for the organization, including but not limited to COGS, forecasting, budgeting,. in collaboration with Microsoft finance and other internal/external partners.
●	Created business requirements for the engineering Data Science team that resulted in increased accuracy of data models which drove cost savings for the organization.
●	Initiated changes in vendor contract language that resulted in annualized cost savings of $3M.

Sr. Program Manager

Global HR Operations – 1,000 person organization responsible for supporting day to day HR Operations at Microsoft. 	
●	Led a vendor team responsible for creating a Business Intelligence platform for Microsoft’s Global HR Operations organization (GHRO), an entity responsible for providing customer inquiry support to over 120k employees.
●	Delivered a Cost/Resource data science model that was used as a key input into an organizational change driven by the integration of 20k acquired employees.
●	Managed multiple vendor teams tasked with Data Warehousing, Visualization and Adoption work-streams.

Incubation Sales – Specialized sales organization within Microsoft sales tasked with selling emerging enterprise products. 	
●	Designed, delivered and enhanced a Business Intelligence platform for Microsoft’s Incubation sales organization, a $750 million global sales organization focused on niche emerging products.
●	Managed multiple vendors focused on creating Analysis Services cubes, HTML5 dashboards, Excel files and other data delivery methods for a global sales force & Microsoft sales management. 
●	Provided operational leadership for the Incubation sales team located in the Greater Asia region.

Business Intelligence Project Manager

●	Monitored performance of budget to actual revenue data and updated financial indicators.
●	Enhanced financial modeling infrastructure to support the business’s growth during their pre-IPO phase.
●	Created internal and external reporting tools for Senior Management and the Board of Directors
●	Designed an OLAP Reporting Structure for internal portfolio of domains and associated revenue.
