With a degree in Communications and Photography from Murray State University, Matt has honed his craft as a photographer, writer, host, and consultant.

Matt's experience in the media industry includes hosting the Depth of Field Podcast at Peachpit Press, serving as a writer for ProPhotoCoalition.com, and consulting with Knowledge Stewardship International in media and creative services. Additionally, Matt is the founder and owner of Matt Brandon Photography, and the former founder of both On Field Media Project and Frontier Treks & Tours India. Matt also served as KBBW's Program Director and Drive Time host.

However, Matt's passion for visual storytelling goes beyond his own work. He founded the non-profit organization, The On Field Media Project (OFMP), to help non-profits learn how to tell their own compelling stories through photography, video, and other visual mediums. As a result, he has become a respected and sought-after photography teacher and workshop leader.
