Matt Bonner

Matt Bonner is a highly qualified professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the legal and business sectors.

He holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, and completed his high school education at San Marin High School.

Throughout his career, Matt has been actively involved in various organizations, holding key roles in prestigious entities such as The Circuit EPA, Cal Poly Ventures Fund, National Venture Capital Association, and TechGC.

His previous positions include serving as the Chief Operating Officer & Legal Partner at DCM Ventures, a Senior Associate at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP, participating in the Enforcement Division as a Law Student Intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and working as a Tax Consultant at Ernst & Young, LLP.
