Matt Barnes is a seasoned Technical Consultant with a career spanning over 14 years focused on delivering cutting-edge IT solutions, particularly within the ServiceNow platform. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Consultant at ServiceNow's Customer Outcomes team, he brings a wealth of experience in implementing and configuring complex technical solutions.

Specializing in CSDM 2.0 analysis, ServiceNow alignment, Performance Analytics & Reporting, ITSM, Security & GRC, and ServiceNow integrations, Matt possesses a diverse skill set that enables him to address various IT challenges effectively.
