Matt Ballard is a Finance graduate from Texas A&M University with a rich and diverse professional background in finance, sales, operations, and corporate management.

Currently serving as the President and CFO of CONSUELA, Matt has also held various key roles in Fossil Group, Inc. including Sr. Director for the Americas and Corporate Finance, and FP&A Director.

Prior to his tenure at Fossil Group, Matt gained valuable experience at Dell Inc. where he served in several positions such as FP&A Director for the Americas, Sales Controller, and Securitization Manager.

Before Dell Inc., Matt honed his skills at Dell Financial Services where he held roles including Commercial Leasing Senior Pricing Manager, FP&A Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst.
