Matilda von Gierke is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in HR advisory, inhouse consulting, and traditional headhunting. In 2015, she co-founded ZALVUS, a company focused on revolutionizing the HR industry through a unique blend of recruiting and performance marketing strategies.

With a strong focus on innovative business models, digital transformation, corporate culture, new work, and data-driven recruiting, Matilda is recognized as an expert in these areas and frequently shares her insights on international platforms.

She holds a strong educational foundation with a background in International Baccalaureate, B.A. (Honors) in Liberal Arts & Sciences with a Business focus, and completed a semester abroad in International Business with an impressive GPA at the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business.

As the Founder and Managing Director of Zalvus, Matilda von Gierke has spearheaded initiatives to support both DAX-listed companies and SMEs with innovative recruitment services. Her vision is to bring about lasting changes in the recruitment landscape in Germany and globally.
