Matias Ricci

Matias Ricci is a dual Italian/Chilean citizen with four years' experience in the Pharmaceutical industry specializing in the launch of new products and development of established brands.

He is an adaptable leader with a strong track record in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, being an effective team player known for his problem-solving skills and experience in cross-functional teams.

Matias Ricci holds a diverse educational background which includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Equivalent to Master's Degree in Biochemistry from the same university, a Master of Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School, and specialized studies in Levaduras from University British Columbia.

Throughout his career, Matias Ricci has held various roles in reputable organizations such as Senior Research Analyst at Cogentia Healthcare Consulting, Product Manager at Horizon Discovery, Business Development at Kuano, and multiple positions at Pfizer including Country Brand Manager, Marketing Analyst Oncology, and Business Analyst Pain and Inflammation Portfolio.

His early professional experiences include roles such as Lab technician at Fundación Ciencia y Vida, National Director of Social Projects at AIESEC en CHILE, and Outgoing Exchange Vice President at AIESEC UC, showcasing his diverse skill set and commitment to social projects.

Matias Ricci also has experience in Marketing through his role as the MBA Marketing intern in the J&J International Recruitment Development Program (IRDP) at Johnson & Johnson and further exposure to social projects through his involvement with AIESEC en CHILE.
