Matias Nydal is a knowledgeable professional with a diverse educational background. He pursued a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) and additionally studied Entrepreneurship at Boston University Questrom School of Business, Work and Organizational Sociology at University of California, Berkeley, Natural Sciences at Ringerike Videregående Skole, and Psychology at UiT- The Arctic University of Norway. Matias has gained practical experience through various roles in different organizations, including being a Co-Manager at Karrieredagen NTNU Dragvoll, a former Summer Intern at Riipen, an Intern at Østlyng & Bjerke, a Co-founder and Consultant at Støttehjulet, an Event Planner at Bedriftsportalen for psykologi, and holding sales and user roles at Aftenposten.
