Mathieu Vanderheyden

Mathieu Vanderheyden is an experienced HRIS Engineer who specializes in Compensation and Benefits topics, with over 20 years of experience in the HRIS software environment.

His career progression includes roles such as web developer, consultant, project leader, project director, presales manager, and product owner in various Saas companies like Recruteasy, Technomedia, and Sdworx.

Currently, Mathieu serves as the Head of Product Management on the Talentsoft Platform, overseeing core HR, salary review, mobile app, marketplace, HR analytics, and open platform technologies.

He holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from CELSA - Ecole des hautes etudes en sciences de l'information et de la communication, and additional education from Universit"e Paris XI Jean Monnet and IUT de Nantes.

Mathieu's interests outside of work include music (particularly playing the guitar), wine, astronomy, astrophysics, and pixel art. He is also passionate about his two kids.
