Mathias Muther is the founder and former CEO of AEROCOMPACT, a globally operating company specializing in PV mounting solutions.12 He established AEROCOMPACT in 2014, simultaneously founding companies in Austria and the USA.3 Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth, with sales tripling to double-digit millions between 2018 and 2021.3
In August 2021, Muther stepped back from operational management to focus on strategic development and internationalization of the company, while retaining his position as Global CEO of AEROCOMPACT Holding.12 He handed over operational management to Manfred Ganahl for the European market and Dirk Morbitzer for the US market.1
In 2022, Muther further transitioned from his role on the Management Board to become Chairman of the Supervisory Board.35 He is now focused on developing strategic growth initiatives through the holding company.3
