As a Lead Software Engineer, I am responsible for leading and managing the B2B software engineering team at Funda. My main focus was on ensuring that our software solutions met the needs of real estate agents and delivered high-quality experiences.

In addition to managing the team, I am also responsible for addressing impediments, conflicts, prioritization, strategy, communications, policies, and HR matters related to the team and the company. I provide support to the team in whatever they needed, with the objective of their well-being and success.

When free time permits, I have the opportunity to code, perform code reviews, document processes, and review requirements. This allows me to remain connected to the technical aspects of our work and better understand the needs of the team.

Overall, I am proud to be part of such a dynamic and innovative team and to leverage my experience to drive the success of my team.
