Matheus Damascena

Matheus Damascena is a psychology student at the University of Brasília, specializing in organizational and work psychology. He holds a Mestrado and Undergraduation degree from Universidade de Brasília and University Of Brasilia, respectively. Matheus has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles in notable organizations.

Currently, Matheus serves as a Talent Acquisition professional at Stone. He also holds the position of People Management Director at AIESEC Brasília, one of the largest branches globally. Matheus has previously worked as an Analista de RH at Caixa Seguradora and in roles such as Candidate Experience at Eureca and Director of People Management at AIESEC.

Matheus Damascena's professional journey includes internships and roles at multiple organizations. He has experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Caixa Seguradora, Sales at AIESEC, and has been a Scholarship Holder for Scientific Research at CNPq - National Council for Scientific and Technological Development in Brazil.
