Mateusz Komendołowicz

Mateusz Komendołowicz, known as Matt, is the Principal and Global Head of Extend Delivery at Kainos. He supervises the global Workday Extend team comprised of Managers, Architects, PMs, Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers. Matt is tasked with overseeing the global portfolio of Extend projects. Prior to his current role, he served as a Manager at PwC, where he held positions such as Workday EM/PM, Technical Lead, and Global Extend Technical Lead. During his tenure at PwC, Matt successfully led numerous significant Workday implementations for various multinational corporations. His previous experience includes roles at Citi, the Star League at BCG, and as an Ambassador at Deloitte. Matt's expertise led him to be a speaker at Workday Rising Europe 2019 in Milan, where he presented on the topic of Workday Cloud Platform PwC Deployments, Approach, and Use Cases. Matt has achieved outstanding results, scoring above 90% in various courses and certifications, including Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday CCTPP, Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Workday PM, PRINCE2 Foundation, and AgilePM Foundation. His skill set includes exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities. Matt's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Computer Science & Econometrics from the University of Warsaw.
