Matan Edvy

Matan Edvy is the Co-Founder and CEO of Verstill, a company he founded after building a winery and whisky distillery.1 He comes from a family involved in the wine and vine growing business, which sparked his interest in the industry.1

Edvy is a serial entrepreneur with a background in unmanned aircraft technology development and operation.1 He is passionate about science, innovation, building organizations, new technology and working with great people.1

Some of Edvy's favorite drinks include Bacchus wine (specifically, Frei-Laubersheimer 2015), Negev Oasis Beer, 2018 Old Forrester Birthday Bourbon and Hennessy Paradis.1
