Mat Smart

Mat Smart is an experienced software engineer, project manager, and solution architect with over 15 years of experience in developing bespoke and change solutions for various industries and organizations. He holds a degree in Multimedia Systems and Computer Science from Liverpool John Moores University. Mat's area of expertise includes designing end-to-end solutions, big data solutions, bill comparison systems, and mobile apps. He has extensive experience in project management, business analysis, change request management, resource planning, and complete solution design. Mat is proficient in Agile and Waterfall frameworks and has worked with offshore and nearshore developers.

Over the years, Mat worked as Project Team Lead at Salpo Technologies, where he is currently the Lead PM, overseeing all projects and ensuring deadlines are met. He was also a Lead Solutions Architect - Enterprise Mobility at MobileWorxs, and a Technical Consultant - Enterprise Mobility at the same firm.
