Massimiliano Caruso

Massimiliano Caruso is an experienced international corporate and capital markets lawyer, admitted to the practice of law in Italy, and licensed legal consultant in New York. He is the head of the International Corporate and Capital Markets Law Department at SINGULANCE and the head of the Italian Business and Corporate Advanced Law Center at SINGULANCE. Caruso is also a TEDx speaker who has gained extensive experience in complex and sophisticated business and corporate cross-border transactions, advising startups, SMEs, and large EMEA and US companies with business and interests in foreign countries.

Caruso's professional expertise includes the international law-sensitive aspects of business, finance, corporate and securities, and tax law. He counsels issuers, sponsors, and underwriters with the multi-jurisdictional aspects of equity and debt securities and alternative investment structures including IPOs, secondary, and follow-on offerings, private placements. Furthermore, Caruso has extensive experience in tax planning/restructuring engagements, transfer pricing related design and implementation, and inter-company financial transactions. Caruso also advises innovative/growth companies operating in a variety of fields, such as technology, blockchain, design, healthcare, gaming, media, and venture capital and disruptive innovative financings.
