The role is a pivotal position focused on enabling large development program teams to effectively collaborate both internally and with a customer-centric approach. It operates with a servant leadership mindset, fostering and supporting scaled operations to provide high-value solutions to customers. By creating an environment that emphasizes continual improvement in the product development process, the role ensures that the primary collective objective is the delivery of exceptional software. It oversees program consistency, facilitates cross-communication, and monitors program dashboards to preemptively address threats and devise corrective plans.

In addition to managing one or multiple projects with multidisciplinary teams to deliver specific products, the role involves identifying client needs and devising strategies to fulfill these needs within the business context. A key focus lies in ensuring cost-effectiveness, risk mitigation, and positive impacts.

The key delivery aspects encompass executing a group of 100+ Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) projects while undertaking the role of a Program Manager for a branded program. In terms of business emphasis, the role requires strategic growth thinking, coaching abilities, and the capacity to develop the growth strategy for a $7 million account.

As Business Information Manager I am responsible for guaranteeing the development and implementation of existing and / or new applications based on needs, costs and plans, respecting service quality and customer satisfaction.
Keys role:
- Manages a project portfolio, guarantees its progress by monitoring progress and performance;
- Identifies the business needs, knows the business processes and the set of IT applications and provides solutions and continuous improvements;
- Proposes plans and manages the functional and technical evolution of the Information System in the domain of the main business;
- Anticipates changes to the Information System and the impact on the business;
- Formalizes, consolidates and directs the development of the IS configuration;
- Evaluates the relevance of IS in the business domain; ensures service quality and customer satisfaction (internal / external).

•	Ensure key Projects information are always shared with the proper stakeholders
•	Facilitating agile ceremonies within the team by helping the team to continually improve. 
•	Define and design the functional blocks of the project
•	Prepare materials to manage updates in coordination with the other Business functions.
•	Support and challenge actively the projects’ actors, in order to achieve top results from their performances
•	Manage interdependencies and blocks
•	Help identifying the key decisions to be taken, the possible solutions (and evaluate the feasibility), the blocks to be removed and escalate / communicate when needed
•	Manage directly the development of agreed solutions.
