Mason Marks

Mason Marks is a legal and medical professional with expertise in health law and policy. He is currently a visiting professor of law at Harvard Law School and holds the position of Florida Bar Health Law Section Professor at Florida State University College of Law.24 Marks is also a senior fellow and project lead of the Project on Psychedelics Law and Regulation at the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics at Harvard Law School.14

He has written about the FDA's use of computer simulations in drug policy, specifically regarding kratom regulation.1
