Masha Bucher

Masha Bucher is the Founder and General Partner of Day One Ventures, a venture capital firm she established in 2018. She has made a significant impact in the venture capital landscape, particularly as a female leader in a predominantly male industry. Under her leadership, Day One Ventures has grown from managing $11 million to over $450 million in assets, and recently raised a $150 million Fund III, marking one of the largest funds raised by a female solo general partner in the past year.12
