Masahiko Homma

Masahiko Honma is the Founder and General Partner of Incubate Fund, the largest seed stage investment fund in Japan, with operations in Tokyo, SF, Singapore, and Bangalore.

His primary focus in investment areas includes O2O, IoT, Fintech, Medical, and VR/AR.

He studied Business and commerce at Keio University and has an extensive background in the investment and technology sectors.

Prior to his role at Incubate Fund, Honma held key positions at various organizations, including Partner at SMBC Asia Rising Fund and co-founder and partner at Incubate Fund Brazil, US, and India.

He also co-founded KK Fund, was a co-founder and General Partner at Incubate Fund, and held leadership roles at Pokelabo, Corepeople Partners, and Works Capital Inc.

Honma has a history of senior management roles, including at Accenture Technology Ventures and JAFCO's Global IT investment group.
