As a college admissions coach and consultant, she helps well-qualified prospects gain admission into competitive programs. Mary is also an accomplished academic, using her expertise in online course delivery and development to optimize students' learning experiences and provide exposure to real-world technologies.

Mary has held key roles during an organizational change management process for a major Protestant denomination at the local and national level. Her experience in strategic planning, leadership development, and target marketing work has led to significant policy and structure changes in many organizations, creating organizational design that keeps important human capital and relationships in mind.

Mary Tabata holds several degrees, including an MS in Higher Education and an MBA with a concentration in Leadership and Managing Organizational Change. She is currently completing her PhD in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University.
