Mary Miller is an experienced Owner with a background in the information technology and services industry. She possesses expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Nonprofit Organizations, Business Planning, Sales, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Mary holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Instructional Design from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She also completed a Master's degree in Computer Science at Virginia Tech. Throughout her career, Mary has held key roles such as President and Former Owner at IDD, Inc., Director at Regional Accelerator and Mentoring Program (RAMP), Past-President at Roanoke-Blacksburg Technology Council (NCTC), RBTC Past-President at Software Developers Forum, and Director of Interactive Design & Development at Virginia Tech.
