Mary-Michael Horowitz

Mary-Michael Horowitz, CISM, is the Founding Partner and CEO of Asylas, LLC, a cybersecurity, privacy, and risk consulting firm based in Nashville, TN.1 She has held this position since June 2018, after previously serving as the VP of Sales and Operations at the same company from October 2015 to June 2018.1

With a background in sales and marketing, Horowitz worked as the VP of Sales & Marketing at Concept Technology Inc. for nearly 6 years before joining Asylas.1 She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.1

Horowitz has earned several professional certifications, including:

• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA in November 20201
• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE) from ISACA in December 20201

In addition to her role at Asylas, Horowitz serves as the Board Secretary for Hands On Nashville, a non-profit organization that connects volunteers with various community service opportunities.1 She was also recognized as a Women of Influence Winner by the Nashville Business Journal in 2014.1
