Mary Hilliard Harrington is a prominent figure in the music industry, known for her role in shaping the careers of top artists like Dierks Bentley, Jason Aldean, and Lady Antebellum.

With a focus on artist development, Mary has a unique ability to build artist brands from the ground up, benefiting artists such as Tim McGraw, Chris Stapleton, Kip Moore, Elle King, and LANCO.

Currently serving as a senior manager at Red Light Management's Nashville office, Mary also remains a partner in The GreenRoom, a publicity company she founded in 2006.

Mary Harrington holds the prestigious position of President of the Country Music Association's board of directors and serves as the Secretary of the Riser Foundation, which has raised over $8 million for children's charities.

She pursued her education at The University of Alabama and has held key roles like Artist Manager at Wild Heart/Red Light Management and as the former Owner of THE GREENROOM.
