Mary Carter

Mary Halpin Carter is an accomplished educator with a diverse academic background and extensive experience in school administration, teaching, and admissions.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Dartmouth College, a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of New Hampshire, and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Teaching & Learning from Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
