Mary Hale is a registered professional engineer with over twenty-five years of experience in energy technologies, excelling in areas such as technology development, engineering management, program management, and project management.
She possesses extensive expertise in utility-scale concentrating solar power (CSP), concentrating PV (CPV), and PV technologies, with a focus on various aspects including technology due diligence, independent engineering, performance analysis, performance testing, economic analysis, and more.
Currently, Mary serves as the Associate Editor for ASME Journal of Solar Energy Engineer and is actively involved with the PTC 52 committee, co-authoring solar performance test codes for utility-scale CSP. She was honored with the ASES Women in Solar Energy (WISE) award in 2016.
