She holds a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Missouri - Columbia, followed by further education in Education and Coaching at Singapore Management University, and a Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Webster University.

Mary brings with her a wealth of knowledge, having held senior positions at renowned organizations such as Omnicom Public Relations Group Singapore and Fleishmanhillard, where she served as Senior Vice President. She has also previously held the role of Vice President, Talent Development at Fleishmanhillard, as well as other Human Resources positions at Osborn Barr, Ab, Barton & Polansky Associates, and Hillshire Brands.
