Marwan Elaraby

Marwan Elaraby is a renowned corporate partner with years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance and private equity. Currently serving as Global Head of Corporate and Head of Dubai Office at Shearman & Sterling LLP, he has worked with numerous investment banking and corporate clients on private and public corporate finance transactions. Prior to moving to the Middle East, Elaraby studied law at Columbia University School of Law and completed his Bachelor of Arts degree at The American University in Cairo.
