Marvin Scott

Marvin Scott has dedicated 25 years to pastoring, preaching, teaching, and discipleship with a central passion for leadership development. His philosophy revolves around the idea that great leaders are nurtured by even greater leaders, ultimately producing the greatest leaders. Scott holds a Bachelor of Theology degree with a focus on Theology/Theological Studies, achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA from Christian Bible College & Seminary. He also pursued a Certificate of Biblical Studies in Bible/Biblical Studies, earning an impressive 3.8 GPA from Birmingham Bible College & Seminary. In addition to his theological pursuits, Scott has a background in Welding Engineering Technology/Technician from Southern Technical College and has pursued further studies to attain a Doctor of Divinity from St Thomas Christian University. Throughout his career, Scott has held various roles including CEO at EMPOWER, Chaplain at Seminole County Sheriff's Office, Notary Public for the State of Florida, and Pastor at Second Shiloh M.B. Church.
