He is passionate about enabling companies to drive transformational change and helping individuals and teams reach their full potential. As the Managing Director at The CXOs, LLC, he serves as a strategic management consultant, executive coach and mentor, and an interim-CIO to various companies, including Motorola, NetApp, and Wal-Mart. He was also the Interim-CIO at the Miami Dolphins NFL team before he joined Insight Venture Partners as an advisor.
