Prior to leading The Hospitality Network, Martina held positions in reputable organizations like Santa Fe Relocation Services, Echo-Xpats Relocations, Emaar Hospitality Group, Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, The Hotel Amigo, and The Hilton Brussels.
