Martin Waters

Martin Waters is a highly accomplished professional with a background in Mechanical Engineering and vast experience in the renewable energy industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Martin currently serves as the Head of Operations at Intersect Power, where he oversees operational aspects of the organization.

His previous roles include being the Principal - Performance Engineering at Intersect Power, Director of Fleet Performance & Repowering at Cypress Creek Renewables, and Principal at MW Solar Consulting LLC.

With a wealth of experience, he has also held various positions at Recurrent Energy, including Manager of Operations Engineering, Senior Engineer of Operations, Senior Performance Engineer, and Performance Engineer.

Before that, Martin Waters started his career as a Rotational Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company.

Throughout his career, Martin has demonstrated his expertise in renewable energy operations, performance engineering, and consulting.

He is known for his strategic thinking, technical skills, and leadership abilities in optimizing operational processes for sustainable energy projects.
