Martin Vinter

Martin Vinter is a seasoned technical leader with a strong background in project management, cross-functional leadership, and ASIC design. With a degree in Physics - Optoelectronics from Heriot-Watt University, Vinter has held several leadership roles at notable organizations, including Knowles Corporation and GN ReSound, where he served as CTO architect and team leader IC design, respectively. Throughout his career, Vinter has proven to be analytical and systematic in his approach, able to maintain a technical overview of complex systems from analog/physical details to usability aspects. In addition, he has a passion for facilitating knowledge-sharing within teams for creating innovation in both products and work methodologies. Vinter likes leading or being part of a team and welcomes technical challenges no matter if it's in ASIC design, electronics, or software.
