Meet Martin Pavlík LION, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the IT industry. He is the founder and CEO of Lamael, a cloud-based all-in-one application that simplifies and automates everyday business activities. Martin is also the host of Time Toasters, a podcast for entrepreneurs, and the brains behind miniPOS, a simple cash register system.

Martin's journey began with his studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, where he earned his degree in Ing., Měřicí technika. He also studied Automatizace at Střední průmyslová škola elektrotechnická, Praha 2, Ječná 30. Furthermore, Martin explored some unconventional paths in life; he studied Sexological Bodyworker and Tantra Massage.

Throughout his career, Martin established several brands, including QUITEC s.r.o., where he served as Owner and CEO. He has also worked with various companies as a Distributor for the Czech Republic, including Cilico Microelectronics Limited, Bluebird, Inc., Citaq and Fafnir GmbH. He possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in gas station technology, which he acquired while working at Quitec.

With his latest venture, Lamael, Martin aimed to create a unique all-in-one application that streamlines project management and the entire work and financial agenda associated with company management. The app helps manage client orders, time, invoices, tasks, and files all in one place.
