Martin Goldberg is the Founder and Principal of Distant Drummer LLC, a Washington DC area organization development and strategic change firm.1234 He has over 35 years of experience in the field of organization development, having previously served as Managing Director of KPMG/BearingPoint's North American Change Solutions Practice and as Vice President of OD for California based Imperial Bank.2

Goldberg graduated from the MSOD program at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 1988, which he credits with deeply influencing the course of his professional career and personal development.12 He has made lifelong friendships through the program and continues to serve as a Learning Group Consultant and on its Alumni Board.2

In addition to his consulting work, Goldberg teaches college classes and writes extensively in the field of organization development, having published around 20 articles.1 He also hosts an annual 3-day residential retreat at his home to provide advanced learning in OD concepts and techniques to a small group of participants.1
