Professor Martin Gill is a renowned criminologist and the Director of Perpetuity Research, a company that originated as a spin-off from the University of Leicester. He is also the visionary behind the Outstanding Security Performance Awards (the OSPAs), with a global presence. With a broad spectrum of studies on crime and security, including impactful research on Security Excellence, Martin is a leading figure in the field. Collaborating with the UK police service, he played a pivotal role in creating the Secured Environments certification for organizations with a focus on robust security management.
