Martin is a seasoned professional in the field of Business Continuity, Resilience, and Emergency Preparedness with over 30 years of experience in the Emergency Services, Local Authorities, and the broader multi-agency Civil Contingencies environment. He is the founder of MDWin Consultancy, where he provides bespoke Business Continuity Consultancy Services to help build or improve organizational capacity, resilience, and response, ensuring consistent delivery of products and services regardless of any imminent event or incident.

Martin's extensive experience in crisis management and business continuity allows him to specialize in realistic 'live' or 'desktop' Business 'Tactical Decisions eXercises' (TDX). He utilizes his skills to design and execute complex business exercises for organizations to validate their plans and test their response teams. Martin is known as the 'hand grenade man,' his unique approach to work which involves pulling the pin and running exercises for businesses that dare to experience the reality of a crisis.

Martin has studied Command and Control and Multi-agency courses at the Fire Service College and Business, Leadership, and Systems Thinking at The Open University. He's also studied at The Cornwall College Group, where he honed his expertise in Business Continuity, Resilience, and Emergency Preparedness.
