Martin Fisher

Martin Fisher is a seasoned information security executive with a wealth of experience across various sectors including healthcare, commercial aviation, and finance. His expertise lies in building high-performing teams and programs that add value to organizations by creating guardrails for safe and efficient business growth. Along with his professional roles, Martin has co-hosted the Southern Fried Security Podcast since 2010, focusing on information security management and leadership. He was also a nominee for Information Security Executive of the Year Southeast in 2014. Martin holds a background in Computer Science and Military Science from Berry College and a Bachelor's degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Throughout his career, he has held key positions such as Director and Chief Information Security Officer at Northside Hospital, Director of Information Security at WellStar Health System, and various roles at prestigious organizations like Bridgewater Associates, Delta Air Lines, and Georgia Army National Guard.
