Martin Daffner brings over three decades of extensive experience in driving innovation and building innovation organizations for renowned firms like Procter & Gamble, Cisco, and Avery Dennison. He possesses hands-on knowledge in transforming innovation concepts into tangible business outcomes. In 2006, Martin ventured to China to establish the Asia Pacific Innovation Center for a Fortune 500 company, and has since collaborated with major global corporations in China to craft and execute incubation and acceleration programs. With a background as an entrepreneur, Martin initiated his innovation practice, engaging closely with top business executives from leading companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Intel, Cisco, L’Oréal, Auchan, and Inchcape. During his tenure as the Senior Innovation Architect at Cisco Services, Martin spearheaded a pioneering business growth initiative that gained recognition with the prestigious HBR/McKinsey M-Prize for 'Innovating Innovation'. Currently, within the Fung Group’s Fung Academy, Martin serves as the head of the Strategy and Business Practices team.
