Martin Corniffe is an accomplished Recruiting Lead and Technical Recruiter with a passion for creating a world-class user experience for working with data. With a strong educational background in Business Administration and Management from both Detroit Country Day School and Howard University, Martin brings a unique blend of skills and experience to the table.

Formerly a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Gannett, and Account Manager at Aerotek, Martin has honed his skills in talent acquisition in a range of dynamic environments. He also served as a Recruiter for Aerotek Contract Engineering, where he gained significant experience placing candidates in technical roles.

Martin's most recent position was as a Recruiting Lead at Palantir Technologies. During his time at Palantir, he helped to build platforms for integrating, managing, and securing data while designing applications for fully interactive human-driven, machine-assisted analysis.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Martin is a dedicated volunteer who has contributed his time and resources to a range of charitable organizations.
