With extensive experience in digital advertising and e-commerce, Connolly has driven commercial growth for multiple companies as he navigated complex and dynamic markets.

Before joining Intelligent Reach as their Commercial Director, Connolly was the Commercial Director of LolaGrove at Overmore Group, where he led the sales team to great success. Prior to that, he was Ve Interactive’s Director of Digital Advertising - EMEA, where he was responsible for the growth of the European business. Connolly was a Co-Founder and Director of adGENIE, where he helped to establish the company as one of the fastest-growing digital agencies in the UK.
